St Elizabeth hospital famous as “kwababu” is located Ngarenaro Arusha region, the northern circuit of tourism in Tanzania. The hospital is fully owned by the Catholic Church Archdiocese of Arusha with the collaboration of the municipal council.
The hospital serves as referral hospital for health centers and dispensary which are located in Arusha municipal, also patient from other health centers are referred to st Elizabeth to get services which are not available in their health centers.

What To Do During Your Volunteer/ Internship Period.

What To Consider
- Volunteers from 18 years and above are the one’s responsible.
- Knowledge and skills about what you are volunteering for should be considered.
- Volunteer’s minimum time ranges from 2 weeks up to one year.
- No smoking and drinking alcohol when at the project.
- Tolerance is highly needed.
- Be adaptive especially when it comes to cultural matter and interacting with local people.
- One should be Capable of working in areas with limited resources
